Work with us
As a new festival Kinship Calling is always looking to collaborate with media outlets and other like-minded businesses that bring something new to the table.
Creating a positive and inclusive working environment
Kinship Calling is at its core a wellness event. We want to ensure that our staff, volunteers and artists are getting just as much out of it as our audience members.
We want to create a festival where our crew are:
Nourished, looked after and leave with more energy than when they came
Given proper breaks and fed fullfillng, healthy food
Given the welfare support they need both physically and mentally
Offered flexible working patterns so they can bring their family with them and spend quality time with them
Aligned with our values and ethics
We are going to actively strive to employ working mothers at Kinship Calling and offer them the support they need to enable them to do their job. Whether that be through offering job shares, on-site childcare or free tickets to a partner or friend who can attend the festival with them and share childcare duties.
Rather than filling job vacancies we want to find people we want to work with who share our values and ethics and find out what they would like to bring to the festival.
It is our ambition to eventually turn Kinship Calling into a cooperative whereby our employees become partners and share any financial success from Kinship Calling. By making everyone truly invested in our vision and work in true collaboration.
